Her thesis explored the impact of coaching on newly-appointed Employment Equity candidates in managerial positions and earned her a distinction.After earning her qualifications, Phryne formalised her coaching practice, and has provided professional services to individuals at executive and senior management levels in a range of industries, including Financial Services, Hotel and Leisure, Shipping and Retail. As coach, Phryne takes on the role of the trusted partner journeying through the ideas and planning stages to the invigorating progression of mindful actions that lead to the desired high performance outcomes.
